When challenges arise, I want to runaway, hide, and ignore the problem. Yet, when it’s a challenge at work, that isn’t the best approach. At work, I buckle down, gather all the information I can find, ask for help if needed, and figure out a solution. It is not always easy, and sometimes very stressful. Amid the stress, I remind myself over, and over, that God has a plan, and this challenge will make me a stronger and better person. Do you have the same thought in challenging situations?
